1, Loft boarded out; Extension step ladder installed.

The job was to board out the loft of a period property on raised plinths, install a foot ladder accessed from the landing below and make good the ceiling, along with clearing substantial debris from the loft. Scott was one of the best tradesmen I have ever come across. The finished loft is outstanding: completely rigid and solid and completed in just one day by two guys who did not stop and completed a first-class job leaving everything tidy afterwards. Could not recommend Diamond Lofts Spaces more and a very happy customer. Price beat competitor quotes and service throughout was spot on.

2, Loft boarding.

We have had Scott do work for us previously and decided to get more loft flooring installed. Again he’s done a great job and we are really happy with the work. Like the first time he kept the house tidy throughout the work and thoroughly hoovered when finished. He arrived within the hour time slot given and again it was a pleasure having him in our home. Arrived promptly on both assigned days. Worked tirelessly for both days to get it completed. Scott really knows his stuff and walked me through everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. They basically had to cut every board to fit my loft which was not expected first. 7, Replacement loft ladder

Scott was professional and courteous. He answered my initial enquiry quickly, we discussed the options and I accepted his quote. He rang on the morning of the due date to explain the previous customer had gone away without telling him and he wondered if he could come earlier to me and gave an estimated time of arrival. He offered to take off his shoes in the house, laid a groundsheet over the carpet under the loft hatch and completed the job in about 1 hour, creating much firmer fixings than the old ladder had. He cleared up, took away the old ladder and left. Price, too, was very good!

8, Loft boarding, Insulation, Plaster Boarding, Ladder, Hatch and Loft Window

We would like to continue singing the praises of Diamond Loft Spaces. Scott and James were punctual, courteous and hardworking. Attention to detail and explaining and offering suggestions was delivered to a high standard. The loft had electrics installed and Scott made a custom-made cupboard for the water tanks. The wooden ladder, which I specifically requested was provided with a balustrade for ease of access to go through the hatch and was beautifully finished. The plastering and whole project was completed to a very high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team.

Scott was, from the outset, exceptionally communicative and flexible. He arrived when he said he would and the work was completed to a very high standard. He made extra effort to keep the area clean and left it spotless after the work was fitted. He explained everything to me fully and I recommend him very strongly!
