Will highly recommend Scott, a genuinely really nice fella who is skilled in his trade, from initial phone call and at quote stage we had a good feeling about Scott, he talked us through different options to fit our budget and offered advice on a ladder option that would be suitable for our children to go up and down and for our loft space. Professional and honest which we like. Scott was punctual and got straight to work, he fitted our new hatch and telescopic ladder beautifully, we have high standards and are hard to please, but we were very pleased with the installation and liked the fact that Scott made sure we were comfortable operating it before he left. He was also very tidy and even took our old ladder away. As a rule I don’t recommend tradesmen to friends and family but would happily recommend Scott. I’d say he is high end in quality of workmanship and came in middle price of our three quotes, so nice to pay someone that cares about their work and reputation and does a very good job.
